Acton Recreation Ground

Acton Recreation Ground is suitable for cricket and softball and is the home of the Acton Cricket Club and the Burnie Softball Association.

Burnie Aquatic Centre

Built for healthy living and fun, with a 25m indoor pool, a 50m outdoor pool and a kids play area. Managed by Sea-Lyons Aquatics who also run swim, aqua aerobics, fitness classes and swimming lessons, with inflatables during school holidays.

Burnie Arts Centre

As well as hosting formal events, corporate expos, conferences and more, the BAFC is the ideal venue for your next function, event or performance. Enter car park from King or Jones streets.

Burnie Regional Art Gallery

The Burnie Regional Art Gallery offers an annual program that includes touring and special exhibitions, school and community programs and curated exhibitions from our permanent art and museum-based collections.

Burnie Sports Centre

The Burnie Sports Centre is located in Upper Burnie 1.5km from the city centre and regularly hosts a variety of sports.

Federation Street at Burnie Regional Museum

The Burnie Regional Museum’s pioneer village collections represent the history of Burnie and the surrounding North West region.

Montello Recreation Ground

Montello Recreation Ground is the home of the Burnie United Football Club and is suitable for soccer and junior cricket.

Natone Hall

The Natone Hall is a fantastic venue for small wedding receptions, private functions, indoor fitness, dance classes and children’s parties.

Natone Recreation Ground

Home of the Natone Football Club, the Natone Recreation Ground is located on Upper Natone Road.

Ridgley Community Centre

The Ridgley Community Centre is a generously sized hall with a lovely stage. It is a fantastic venue for wedding receptions, private functions, dinners and markets.

Ridgley Recreation Ground

Home of the Ridgley Cricket and Football Clubs, the Ridgley Recreation Ground also has the potential to host a large array of one-off events.

Burnie Skate Park

Skate Park catering for skateboarders, in-line skaters, BMX riders and rollerskates. Home to many youth-orientated events such as the Know Your Odds Skate, Scooter and BMX Series.

Stowport Hall

Situated beside the Stowport Recreation Ground, the Stowport Hall is
a fantastic venue for small wedding receptions, private functions, dinners and markets.

Home of the Stowport Cricket Club, the Stowport Recreation Ground is located beside the Stowport Hall on Stowport Road.

Upper Burnie Memorial Hall

The Upper Burnie Memorial Hall is a quaint little hall suitable for indoor fitness, dance classes, children's parties and small meetings and get togethers.

Upper Burnie Recreation Ground

Upper Burnie Recreation Ground is the home of the Burnie Rugby Club and is suitable for rugby and touch football.

West Park Oval and Cycling Track

West Park Oval and Cycling Track is home to both Australian Rules football and cricket facilities, as well as cycling, athletics and The Point function centre.

Wivenhoe Recreation Ground

Home of the Burnie Harness Racing Club and the South Burnie Football and Cricket Clubs, the Wivenhoe Recreation Ground boasts gorgeous views over Bass Strait.
