If you volunteered for Burnie City Council during the 2023/24 financial year, please confirm your intent to continue for the 2024/25 year by completing the below form. We’d love to have you back!

 If we do not hear from you by Thursday 17th October 2024, we will assume you are taking a break and will remove your name from out list.
