Adult Learners Week @ Burnie Library

During Adult Learners Week adults of all ages and experiences can learn something new for free. You can try a variety of free activities.

• University Info Session - University of Tasmania will be on site from 1.30pm to talk to you about Gardening, Sustainability, and Agriculture for Cradle Campus (Burnie) based and online courses.  No need to book, just turn up on the day

 

Adults can connect with learning opportunities in local communities including:

• learning how to speak English
• developing reading, writing and maths skills, and digital skills
• craft, author talks, gaming, film showings
• researching family history.

 

People are welcome to come into the library at any time to chat about learning and find out about free resources and support in a welcoming space.
