Emu Valley Rhododendron Garden Volunteer Information Sessions

VOLUNTEERS WANTED

Do you enjoy talking to visitors from Tasmania, Interstate and Overseas? We are looking for volunteers to join our team of friendly and enthusiastic people who help out at the Emu Valley Rhododendron Garden all year around and especially during the cruise ship season. Come and be part of one of Burnie’s premier tourist attractions and enjoy working in the wonderful garden atmosphere that is EVRG.

DO YOU:

Make a mean cuppa?

Cook for a horde with ease?

Know the difference between a weed and a rhododendron?

Possess general knowledge of Tasmanian flora and fauna?

Drive a shuttle bus or golf buggy?

Possess traffic management skills?

Tell a great tall story?

Want to be a barista?

If you say YES to any of the above and even if you don’t, come along to one of our information sessions and see where you could use your skills to be part of our awesome team of volunteers. Training is provided and you will be part of a team.
