Grab your winter woollies and join us for a guided walk. Connecting our senses with nature has many health benefits and can help to reset our stress levels and promote good health.

A forest therapy guide helps you to slow down, and be present in your body and the environment.

Be invited to participate in activities to enhance the health benefits of being in nature such as stretching, breathing and sensory activities. All walks conclude with a cosy cup of herbal tea.
