Free Community Event Come along and get some sand between the toes, practice some breathwork and have a dip in the ocean. Proudly supported by Wellways who will be on hand to give a general wellness chat. Partake in breathwork, relaxation and a ocean dip which are all simple things that we can do, to improve ones mental health and kick start the day.
