An annual, weekend-long event that celebrates the producers of North West Tasmania, TrailGraze is set to return for the third year.

Presented by Tasmania’s Tasting Trail, the event will once again tantalise taste buds and spotlight the incredible food and beverage producers in the region. TrailGraze is fast becoming a highlight in every food and travel lover’s calendar, shining a spotlight on the Tasting Trail and the inspiring producers that call this stunning region of the state home.

 

Burnie Producers on the Stanley to Burnie Trail include:

Communion Brewery: Get a first-hand look at the beer-making process from hop to pour, including complimentary tastings of fresh hop ale.  Tasting paddles are half-price.

Hellyers Road Distillery: Tours + Tastings
Whisky tasting flights with Tasmanian truffles (2-4pm)
Cocktail & Dessert Hour (4-6pm) beckons with a range of cocktails and indulgent treats developed especially for the TrailGraze weekend.
There’s also the chance to bottle your own whisky to take a taste of the North West home with you in their Whisky Walk tours (10.30am, 11.30am and 3pm).
