To make a rates or infringement payment from your Bank

  1. Log on to your bank's online banking or mobile app
  2. Choose the BPAY payment option in Bill Payment
  3. Savings, debit, cheque, credit card or transaction account.
  4. Enter the BPAY Biller code, Customer Reference Number (CRN), amount and date from your bill*
  5. Click Pay

 

*The BPAY Biller Code and Customer Reference Number can be found on your rates or infringement notice.

Note: You may also opt to make regular payments for your rates notice via BPAY. This can help align with your weekly, fortnightly, or monthly wages.

For those unable to visit the Council city office, you can pay your Rates bill at your local Australia Post office.
