It's so simple - you snap and send it and we’ll try to solve it! 

Snap Send Solve eliminates the complexity of knowing where, how and who to report incidents to on the spot by enabling you the users to capture and send photos of issues that need attention.

The app will determine who to send the compaint to (i.e. council, government department or other authorities).

Plus, the GPS facility allows council to see the exact location of the issue.

After Hours Animal Control

After-hours Animal Control

Council responds to emergency animal control issues after-hours if:-

  • a dog is or has attacked a person(s) or another animal
  • a dog at large is causing a risk to public safety ie. behaving in an aggressive manner or causing an issue on high traffic volume roads/streets
  • livestock at large are on a public road or other public areas

Routine dog complaints such as barking or nuisance dogs needs to be reported to Council’s Compliance Services Department on the next available working day.
