New Shelters at View Road Reserve

Burnie City Council has completed the installation of new shelters at the Pump Track in View Road Reserve.

Proudly donated by the Lions Club and installed by Council, these shelters are a great addition to this popular community space.

To minimise disruption, construction was scheduled outside of school holidays, as the area is well-used year-round.

The shelters now provide much-needed shade and weather protection for a range of activities, including the pump track, mountain bike trail, dog park, and frisbee golf.
