NOTICE OF DISPOSAL
(via Long Term Lease)
OF PUBLIC LAND
Burnie City Council determined at its meeting on 26 November 2024 its intention to dispose of part of the land located at Wiseman Street, Shorewell Park, identified as CT 9994/300.
The land is “public land” for the purposes of Section 178 Local Government Act 1993.
A plan detailing the land can be viewed at Customer Services at the City Offices, 80 Wilson Street, Burnie or online at www.burnie.tas.gov.au
Submissions regarding the disposal of the land are to be made in writing to the General Manager, Burnie City Council, PO Box 973, Burnie 7320 or burnie@burnie.tas.gov.au to be received no later than 4pm on Friday 10th January 2025. Council will consider submissions before making a final decision on disposing of the land.
