Council has recently added a new table, along with some walls to serve as wind breaks, at the shelter at Shorewell Park. The upgrades will provide users some protection from the cold winter winds. Nice work by the Building and Maintenance team!
Nearby, the Burnie Community House’s Community Garden has had some raised garden beds constructed, ready for the volunteers to grow some delicious produce. A bench overlooking the garden has also been installed.
