West Park Oval Cycle Track Resurfacing

Exciting times at Burnie’s West Park Oval as we gear up for the iconic Burnie New Year’s Eve Carnival!

The cycling track has recently undergone hot mix resurfacing, thanks to the skilled work of Hardings Hotmix removing the existing asphalt and replacing it with a more durable layer to minimise cracking – and it’s looking fantastic! 


What’s next? The final touch: Blacktac will apply a Flexipave acrylic surface to ensure the track is ready for some thrilling action as we welcome competitors and spectators for one of Burnie’s biggest annual events.
