2024-25

The 2024-25 Annual Program commenced with five sites selected.

Construction at the Burnie Lawn Cemetery is complete, with seven kerb ramps installed, allowing disability access to the plots.

Works completed Edwardes Street, South Burnie.

Works are due to commence on the final site at Strahan Street in January 2025.

 

2023-24

Works on the 2023-24 Program carried through to this financial year and completed by Hardings, with ramps installed at Roslyn Avenue and Malonga Drive.

 

2022-23

Construct Kerb Ramps at high traffic intersections or school zones to improve street crossings for people with disabilities and prams/trolleys.

Locations included are:

West Park Gr and Futuna Ave intersection
Futuna Ave and Howe St intersection
Mooreville Rd and Malonga Dr intersection
Roslyn Ave and Blackwood Pde
