Combined Draft Amendment No. 2023/2

and Permit Application DA 2023/106

 

The Tasmanian Planning Commission has approved Amendment 2023/2, to rezone Massy-Greene Drive, South Burnie from Open Space to General Industrial and modified and approved Planning Permit DA 2023-106 for Storage Use.

Amendment No. 2023/2 came into effect on 05 August 2024.

Details of the Amendment and Planning Permit may be viewed at the Burnie City Council Offices, 80 Wilson Street, Burnie between 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday inclusive or on Council’s website at www.burnie.tas.gov.au/permits.
