Burnie Archery Club Previously Burnie Bowmen caters for all bow types and disciplines of archery and is open to people of all ages. Outdoor club shoots are held Sunday afternoons - 1pm at the Romaine Park Primary School. Indoor shoots are held Wednesday and Friday nights from 7.30pm at the Upper Burnie Memorial Hall. Our field shoots are held on the last Saturday of the month at the Blythe Scout Camp at Heybridge.

Burnie Dockers Burnie Tigers amalgamated with the Burnie Hawks to form the Burnie Dockers in Statewide League in 1995.
Burnie Emus Rugby Union Club The Burnie Emus Rugby Union Club was established in 1961, was dormant in the late 1980s and reformed in 1997. The club is a member of the Tasmanian Rugby Union and plays in the Tasmanian Statewide League men’s First Division. The Club’s home ground is at Upper Burnie Recreation ground and their colours are blue and red.
Burnie Golf Club The Burnie Golf Club enjoys a rich history with many long serving members. The club is renowned for its welcoming bar and facilities and is regularly frequented by members and guests. The course is one of the most challenging tracks on the north west coast.
