To make a rates or infringement payment from your Bank
cheque, savings, debit, credit card or transaction account

  • Log on to your bank's online banking or mobile app
  • Choose the BPAY payment option in Bill Payment
  • Enter the BPAY Biller code, Customer Reference Number (CRN), amount and date from your bill
  • Click Pay

 

The BPAY Biller Code and Customer Reference Number can be found on your rates or infringement notice.

Australia Post

To pay your rates bill through Australia Post you may:

  1. visit a Post Office*
  2. phone 13 18 16
  3. online credit cards payments:  www.postbillpay.com.au and enter the Post Billpay code along with your payment details.
  4. Via the AusPost app
  • Download the AusPost app to your smartphone.
  • Open the app and select More, then click on Pay a bill.
  • Scan your bill, or follow the prompts to enter your Billpay code, payment details and amount you’d like to pay.
  • Once complete, you’ll receive a payment ID number. This acts as your receipt.

*If paying in person at the Post Office, please bring your ticket, invoice or original or electronic rates notice with you.
